Oil Coolers Exclusive Feature of Falls Oil Coolers - External Floating Head with Removable Tube Bundle
 


Every Engineering Industry has one or more Industrial Machines as listed above. For their continous and smooth operations it is essential to maintain the temperature of oil in the machine within safe limits of its working temperature level, thereby retaining its properties. This is made possible by installing Water Cooled Oil Coolers wherein the oil dissipates its heat to cooling water.

We, at Falls Industries In-Corporation Design & Manufacture Oil Coolers with special emphasis on Standard Models.


Their construction is of External Floating Head type in which the tube bundle is removable for cleaning etc. At the same time there is no possibility of intermixing of two fluids at any time due to possible failure of packing ring. This is the most important and unique feature of Falls Oil Coolers not seen in Packed Floating Head type or Fixed tube sheet type construction offered by others. The tubes are expanded into tubeplates at both the ends. Selection of a Falls Model is done by evaluating heat load, LMTD, heat transfer coefficient etc. depending on type of oil & is backed by our experience of more than 40 years.
